Hi, I’m Ronald! I started my fitness journey as a weightlifter, but as I gained muscle, I found it harder to find clothes that fit comfortably. That’s when I decided to switch things up and try running. What started as a way to stay active has transformed my life. Since then, I’ve lost weight, feel healthier, and have more energy than ever before. Running not only helped me physically, but it also became a mental escape, helping me feel more balanced and focused.
